R-Technologies acted as a General Designer and General Contractor.

The customer planned to transfer production facilities to a new site. Under the Agreement, the transfer had to be carried out in the shortest time possible with a minimum period of stoppage in production.

R-Technologies developed a complete set of detailed design documentation, and then created the entire necessary facility engineering infrastructure. Since it was planned to place the production facilities in the existing building before the design start, a 3D scanning of the building was carried out and we prepared an as built model of the building based on the resulting point cloud. Then we developed a BIM-model of production area and engineering systems, coordinate new and existing systems.

 

The facility includes a production area with cleanrooms, test laboratories, offices and technical area.

The cleanroom is divided into several functional areas. Cleanliness class is 7ISO according to GOST R 14644-1-2017.

To keep the precise microclimate parameters in the rooms we created branch new make-up air supply systems, chilled water supply system, and a microclimate monitoring and control system.

Upon the project completion, Microwave Systems JSC and R-Technologies LLC signed a contract on Engineering Systems Operation and maintenance.
