The customer is implementing a project to create training, administrative and technical facilities for the Open Education center and laboratory facilities for the Center of biosciences in the East Ring building complex.

Within the framework of this project R-Technologies acted as the General Designer.

The scope of work included the preparation of Project documentation set, the coordination of Project documentation with the Skolkovo Information Center Expertise, the development of the detailed design, including a BIM model with LOD400 detail level.

 

The project features include the need to integrate the premises of various different-purpose research centers with extensive amount of laboratory equipment and special microclimate requirements, into a limited area inside the existing building. Moreover, it was necessary to coordinate the new facilities with existing engineering networks (power supply, ventilation, chilled water supply, special gases supply, fire extinguishing, etc.).

Also, an essential condition was the compliance with the requirements for interior decoration, which should be consistent with the accepted concept of the complex.
