Angstrem-T JSC

R-Technologies acted as a Project Designer.

As part of the construction of the production building of Angstrem-T JSC, a trigeneration station was created. The station capacity according to the project is sufficient to provide manufacturing areas with heat, cold or electricity. As part of the optimization of the technological process, spare capacities in the heat supply system were released.

 

In this regard, R-Technologies developed a project for the reconstruction of the heating system of adjacent buildings 5 and 6 with their transfer to the consumption of hot water from a trigeneration station instead of a municipal heating system. The system capacity is 1.6 Gcal / hour.

 

As part of this project, documentation was developed for:

 

• replacement and new location of hot water pipelines in the existing underground straight-way collector;

• replacement of the feeding municipal hot water pipeline from building 7 to the cut-in chamber in the underground straight-way collector of the Angstrem plant.

• new systems required for safe operation and maintenance.

• transit pipelines inside the process building.

According to the developed documentation, a commercial estimation was prepared in Federal Unit Rates.
