The FFUFFU case (6) is made of cold-rolled galvanized steel with a polymer coating (RAL9003). The FFU is equipped with a sound attenuation system (2) made of incombustible materials. The FFUFFU design ensures uniform distribution of airflow over the surface of the aerosol filter (7). The FFU is equipped with transport handles (1) for the module convenient movement and installation.
The FFU connection to the electrical control systems and power supply is via a terminal block (5).

The FFU control, depending on the installed motor fan, is carried out either by direct FFU integration via the industrial RS-485 interface in the ebm-BUS environment, or by using optional automation equipment that allow applying a control direct voltage of 0..10 V or PWM and receive feedback data.
The aerosol filter case (7) is made of extruded aluminum profile. The filter medium is a mini-pleated filter material based on ultra-thin glass fiber. FFUs are equipped with filters of E10-E12, H13-H14, U15-U17 classes according to GOST R EN 1822-1-2010.
The optionally installed water-air heat exchanger (3) has aluminum finning and a copper pipe for the heat-carrying fluid.
The optional primary filter (4) has a frame made of cold rolled galvanized steel and a filter medium made of fiberglass or polyester fiber.

FFUs are manufactured according to TU 4863-046-22902507-05. The FFUs baseline models are FFU-1206-ESC-V00 and FFU-1206-ESA-B00 with different motor-fans. Technical characteristics of other FFU models are in the corresponding sections of the designer guidelines and certificates for the corresponding models.

Notes:

Dimensions and weight are given for the aerosol filter with a depth of 78 mm.

Power consumption and sound pressure level are indicated when using the FTOV N13 aerosol filter 1165x565x78-10-00.

The sound pressure level was measured at a distance of 1500 mm from the aerosol filter surface.
