As part of the project, pre-project documentation was developed to evaluate the main technical requirements and cost estimation in terms of the creation of new production buildings.

Production includes a process building for microelectronics and a building for machine processing.

The microelectronics building includes a clean production area with a maximum cleanroom class 5ISO.

Also, we designed the areas for a separate container gas heating station placement, diesel generator set, nitrogen and compressed air receivers, cooling tower for chilled water systems.

The selection of the main equipment for ventilation and air conditioning, chilled water systems, and the compressed dry air and nitrogen generation, etc.

During the pre-project documentation preparation, the cost of the turnkey project was estimated, a detailed specification for design and construction was drawn up.
