R-Technologies has developed detailed design for the Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning, Chilled water, Steam supply, Automationsystems.

As part of the project implementation, technical supervision for the developed sections was carried out on the construction site.

As part of the project, R-Technologies designed the new manufacturing area for the Akrikhin JSC, workshop 23, building 8.

 

A project feature was the special requirements for microclimate parameters in the manufacturing area. Provision of air with low absolute humidity and relative humidity was required for several manufacturing sites (the so-called "dry rooms"). To do this, a rotary dryer units manufactured by Munters was installed in the supply air ducts. The use of a rotary dryer unit allows to maintain of a very wide range of the internal air parameters at the production premises. In fact, during the implementation, we created a system that can flexibly adapt to any requirements for the technological process.

Another feature of the project was a system for pure steam production using technical steam available at the enterprise. For this, a steam-heated generator by Spirax Sarco was installed
