R-Technologies, as part of this project, acted as a designer of engineering systems for 4 buildings.

As part of the detailed design development, heating, make-up air and exhaust ventilation systems, including technological vent system, air conditioning, chilled water supply, electric power supply and monitoring and control systems were designed.

 

The technology provider and General Contractor of the project was Linde Engineering. The company requirements for the detailed design included, among others, the preparation of workshop drawings (air ducts  detail lists, pipelines and cable support structures, drawings and work sheets of non-standard parts and components), preparation of internal documents (specifications with a detailed description of the requirements for the equipment and materials, hydraulic and acoustic calculations and etc.), as well as the development of a 3D model of building engineering systems with LOD300 detailing.

A feature of the project was also that the workshop drawings and text documents were provided in two languages and agreed with both Russian and foreign specialists from Linde Engineering.
