Application
Scrubbers are designed to clean exhaust air from the vapors and harmful.
The main application is purification of exhaust air produced by microelectronic, pharmaceutical, chemical, food industry enterprises.
Operating principle:
Air removed from the process equipment is supplied to the scrubber through the inlet piping system. When moving inside the device body, the polluted air passing through one or more irrigating decks which spraying a solution of chemical reagents and therefore neutralize harmful impurities. To increase the contact surface between air and neutralizing solutions, the scrubber body is equipped with movable fillings.

Design
Scrubbers, depending on the characteristics of the medium under purification, can be made of polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, PVDF and other types of plastic with regard to the types of harmful impurities and the scrubber design parameters.
According to the air flow direction, the models may be of vertical or horizontal design.
Explosion protection
Explosion-proof design for rooms of A and B categories is available on reques.
